Is there an unspoken rule in the family?
If you find it you fix it
What did I stumble upon that everyone else didn’t?
There’s a few of us who are willing
who have the capability, it’s a lot,
you had to birth and birth just to find capacity
for all the rot we need to throw away
How long have you known of this?
and why just leave it this way
Swept under a rug we all walk on
they played with us all along
Passed presents and presets
told us we didn’t have a reset
but know exactly how to push our buttons
But you won’t admit it
because they taught you that way
The lack of education made you stay the same
Fear can do crazy things to the body
lucky for us children we know
how to bend and shape
This time we’re magnetized, so when you break us
we can put ourselves together
That’s what you wanted right— A family
but you also seem to forget—
We don’t like falsehoods and lies
We put the bullshit to rest and
teach ourselves to fight
We’re the heirs to death
freedom from limitations That’s a generational right
